NobleAI is hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer specializing in conversational and agentic systems to architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered intelligent features for its VIP chemical informatics platform. The role focuses on domain-specific AI systems, chatbots, multi-agent orchestration, NLP, RAG, reinforcement learning, model fine-tuning, evaluation and monitoring, and scalable cloud deployment. It requires at least five years of AI/ML and Python experience, preferably an MSc or a BSc in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related quantitative field, plus experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern LLM and ML frameworks. The position is remote-first and offers a salary of $190,000-$205,000 per year, health benefits, paid time off, retirement matching, equity, and a performance bonus.
