Description
The Shift Lead operates and oversees pouch-making equipment, directs and supports pouch-making operators, monitors production, makes machine adjustments, performs quality checks, assists with changeovers and break coverage, and maintains a safe and organized workspace. The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork; previous production-machinery experience is preferred.
