Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Lead Machine Operator in Tolleson, Arizona to lead production-line teams, perform minor mechanical repairs and setups, conduct quality inspections, maintain machines and work areas, and improve safety, productivity, waste, and quality. The role requires at least two years of production-machinery experience, prior lead or leadership experience in a manufacturing, military, or industrial environment, and experience with web manufacturing, converting, or high-volume production.
