OBE is hiring a Lead Machine Operator for its IG Department to manage shipping-line personnel and workflow, supervise safety, and set up machines to drill holes, cutouts, temper, or laminate glass panels according to work orders and fabrication schedules. The role requires interpreting labels, sketches, and system programs; measuring and calculating hole placement; completing work sheets; and performing rotating job functions. It requires a flexible schedule including weekends, safety awareness, and one year of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
