Ascentec Engineering is hiring a full-time Lead Machinist for its Tualatin, Oregon headquarters. The role operates CNC machine centers, sets up and troubleshoots equipment, reads technical drawings and blueprints, performs quality inspections, and leads and trains a small team of machinists and operators. The position requires at least five years of CNC machining experience, including two years in a lead or supervisory role, and offers a day-shift schedule from Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with on-site work, no remote or hybrid arrangement, and no visa sponsorship.
