Description
The Lead Machinist assists management with team and departmental operations, coordinates production needs, supports safety, quality, and productivity, performs machinist and senior machinist duties, trains associates, coordinates workflow and shift transitions, monitors quality and lean manufacturing, and contributes to continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a technical degree or certification, and at least six years of CNC machining experience. It is a first-shift position from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with an hourly salary range of $31.33 to $45.96.
