Description
The Lead Mailroom Courier/Distributor supports the Phillips Exeter Academy mailroom and central receiving warehouse by coordinating mail and package delivery, processing receipts and postage transactions, forwarding undeliverable mail, operating the academy mail van, administering online delivery and shipping programs, and performing inventory receiving, issuance, and delivery. The role also trains employees, supports department procedures, acts as a liaison with the U.S. Post Office, and may supervise in the absence of the Mailroom/Warehouse Supervisor. It is a full-time, on-campus position paying $27.00–$29.00 per hour, with a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and at least 21 years of age required.
