Description
The Lead Maintenance Technician will oversee apartment or building maintenance operations, complete electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, perform inspections and preventative maintenance, maintain grounds and common areas, manage supplies and vendor coordination, and participate in after-hours on-call emergencies. The role requires 3–5 years of apartment or building maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license; HVAC certification is preferred.
