Description
Richmark Properties is hiring a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at an apartment community. The role manages work orders, repairs, unit make-readies, parts and supplies, vendor services, maintenance budgets, compliance, staff leadership and training, and after-hours emergencies. The position requires EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, broad HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance knowledge, at least two years of lead or assistant-lead experience, a valid driver’s license, background screening, and weekend availability.
