Koozie Group is hiring a Lead Mechanic for its Spring Hill, Florida manufacturing facility. The role provides hands-on technical leadership to the maintenance team, supports equipment reliability and production, troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, coordinates preventive maintenance, develops procedures and training materials, and partners with Operations, Engineering, and other departments. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a floor, shop, industrial, or similar manufacturing maintenance role; bilingual English/Spanish and CADD experience are preferred.
