Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain the operational efficiency of a manufacturing facility through mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation troubleshooting and repair. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, performing preventative maintenance through a CMMS, calibrating machinery, fabricating replacement parts, operating industrial equipment, maintaining safety and inventory controls, and supporting continuous improvement and ISO programs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of industrial maintenance and hydraulic experience, and either an electrical license or five years of electrical maintenance experience; a technical or industrial technology degree is preferred.
