Seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across a residential portfolio. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Key responsibilities include completing service requests, executing unit turns, troubleshooting issues, tracking work orders, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring property upkeep.
