Description
Solstice Advanced Materials is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and mentor five maintenance mechanics while performing advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial mechanical systems and equipment, including forges, presses, high-temperature ovens, and metal fabrication equipment. The role also involves using SAP or a related MRP system to manage jobs, order parts, create work plans, conduct inspections and preventive maintenance, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve reliability and resolve issues.
