Description
The Lead Maintenance Technician serves as a working team lead for residential communities, performing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance while supervising technicians and porters. The role includes scheduling work orders, conducting inspections, maintaining safety and building-code standards, training new staff, managing supplies, documenting work, and collaborating with maintenance supervisors and community management. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of hands-on residential or commercial maintenance experience, strong building-system knowledge, organizational and customer-service skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexible hours including weekends.
