Description
ElevateBio is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to lead preventative and corrective maintenance across building and utility systems in a highly regulated cGMP environment. The role involves managing CMMS maintenance assignments, documenting GMP-compliant work, evaluating equipment performance, interpreting P&IDs and diagrams, supporting annual shutdowns, performing maintenance on pumps, valves, autoclaves, clean-room systems, HVAC, and other process-support equipment, and mentoring less experienced technicians. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong knowledge of building systems, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lead and mentor technicians; trade education, relevant professional licenses, and experience with CMMS or Siemens Desigo BMS are preferred.
