Description
The Lead Maintenance Technician will coordinate and lead maintenance work for conveyance, automation, robotics, and facilities equipment, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, document work in CMMS and ticketing systems, mentor maintenance personnel, lead root-cause analysis, and support training, inventory, work assignment, and minor project management. The role requires 4–6 years of conveyor, automation, robotics, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical maintenance experience, basic computer and schematic skills, and the ability to indirectly lead a maintenance team. Two shifts are available, Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with a Newark, New Jersey pay range of $36.50 per hour.
