Description
The Lead Maintenance Technician will coordinate and lead maintenance work for conveyance, automation, robotics, and facilities equipment, perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, document work in CMMS and ticketing systems, mentor maintenance personnel, lead root-cause analysis, and support training, inventory, work assignment, and minor project management. The role requires 4–6 years of conveyor, automation, robotics, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical maintenance experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree and PLC troubleshooting experience are preferred. Two rotating shifts are available, and the position is based in Newark, New Jersey, with a stated pay range of $36.50–$36.50 USD.
