Description
Inframark is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to train and oversee Maintenance Technician staff, allocate work, provide technical direction, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirements, and coach improvements. The role performs advanced repairs on pumps, motors, electrical panels, and chemical feed systems; conducts sophisticated electrical troubleshooting; prepares maintenance schedules; and maintains work records. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and eight years of experience, willingness to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings, and 24-hour emergency on-call, and the ability to lift 50–60 pounds and work in confined spaces.
