LATICRETE International is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to install, start up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment in a manufacturing plant. The role performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues, uses tools such as multimeters and tachometers, maintains records in CMMS/COGZ Plant Maintenance, manages replacement parts and downtime scheduling, and coordinates outside contractors and maintenance projects. It is a second-shift, plant-based position requiring an associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience and at least 8 years maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
