Description
The Maintenance Assistant/Lead Technician supports property maintenance by completing service requests, performing common repairs, cleaning, painting, and maintaining grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment. The role requires at least six months of property maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, carpentry and general construction skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors. HVAC and pool certifications are required to progress from Assistant to Lead Technician, and the position includes on-call availability, safety responsibilities, and customer service duties.
