Blend is hiring a Lead or Manager, Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that execute complex, multi-step workflows through natural language. The role covers agent orchestration, context and harness engineering, MCP and tool integration, LLM and generative AI engineering, evaluation and reliability, and scalable production deployment. Candidates need 5–10 years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering, including at least 2 years in generative and agentic AI, along with strong Python, API, cloud, and software engineering experience.
