Description
The Manufacturing and Distribution Lead supports manufacturing and distribution operations by resolving quality barriers, coordinating product and equipment inspections, maintaining 5S and safety standards, tracking productivity and inventory, completing audits and BOM comparisons, and supporting material handling. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and leadership; ten or more years of manufacturing, distribution, or assembly experience is typical and preferred. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with hourly pay of $27.00.
