Description
The Manufacturing Production Worker operates and helps maintain equipment, supports production efficiency, assists with training and employee development, follows GMP and safety procedures, verifies orders and manifests, performs cycle counts and inventory control, and meets internal and external customer requirements. The role requires leadership experience in a manufacturing or food-production environment, basic communication skills, physical ability to work in a cold, damp environment and lift 50–75 pounds, and availability for a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend work as needed.
