Description
The Lead Manufacturing role reports to the COO-Operations and oversees daily ring-gear manufacturing operations at SGD I and SGD II. The position is responsible for production monitoring, quality and safety, cost and EBITDA performance, equipment procurement, automation, manpower optimization, and continuous-improvement initiatives such as 5S, TPM, Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Candidates should have a BE in Mechanical Engineering and 15–20 years of experience leading manufacturing teams and managing quality and systems, preferably in an auto ancillary company.
