Description
Eaton is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Engineer for its Wimborne facility to support production and aftermarket activities in the air-to-air refuelling and actuation value streams. The role involves creating and optimising assembly and testing processes, providing technical assistance to manufacturing operatives, analysing shop-floor problems, maintaining ERP routings and bills of material, supporting engineering changes and design issues, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, implementing tooling solutions, driving continuous improvement, and supporting APQP, PFMEA, and RCCA activities. The position requires an HNC or HND in engineering, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, and knowledge of EASA/CAA Part 21 or 145; ERP, manufacturing-process, and PPAP/APQP experience are also specified.
