Description
MORSE Corp is hiring a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to scale manufacturing from R&D prototypes through higher-volume production, establish new production lines, and develop processes, documentation, quality systems, tooling, and vendor programs. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a relevant engineering degree, SolidWorks and 3DEXPERIENCE proficiency, manufacturing process optimization experience, Lean and root-cause analysis expertise, quality-management-system knowledge, GD&T and ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The position offers $120,000–$150,000 USD in base compensation plus potential bonus, stock, retirement matching, paid time off, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
