Description
Teleo is hiring a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Contract Manufacturing, to bridge Teleo engineering and contract manufacturing for its autonomy retrofit kits. The role covers process design and DFX, engineering-to-CM handoff, first-article approval, CM delivery and cost performance, quality and inventory control, NPI ramp-to-volume, tooling and test-station validation, and production issue resolution. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering, at least five years of manufacturing or process engineering experience with field-shipped electro-mechanical hardware, and expertise in hardware assembly, autonomy systems, DFM/DFA/DFT, quality management, and manufacturing software.
