Description
Zoo is hiring a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing systems, machine shop operations, CNC machining, tooling, process development, prototyping, production scaling, and hardware manufacturing workflows. The role partners with engineering teams on manufacturability and NPI, develops fixtures and process documentation, improves quality and throughput, troubleshoots machining issues, supports manufacturing facilities, and develops machinists and technicians. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant manufacturing or machining experience, strong CNC and CAM skills, and experience building and scaling manufacturing teams. The salary range is $145,000–$195,000 USD, with equity and a benefits package.
