Description
Seurat is hiring a Lead Manufacturing Integration Engineer to own the development and industrialization of advanced metal additive-manufactured products. The role leads new-product development from concept through production launch, creates manufacturing processes and documentation, develops CAD models and DfAM designs, supports quality and continuous improvement, evaluates post-processing technologies, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 7–10+ years of manufacturing or product-development experience, and 3+ years with metal additive manufacturing technologies. The Massachusetts salary range is $130,000–$150,000 USD.
