The role is an experienced manufacturing operator lead responsible for performing operator-level functions, coordinating technical services and specification changes, managing shift handoffs and production scheduling, processing MRP transactions, supporting quality and engineering projects, mentoring operators, and promoting 5S, compliance, and environmental health and safety initiatives in a medical device manufacturing environment. The position requires computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills, knowledge of quality systems, and substantial manufacturing experience depending on education level.
