Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor leads a team of technicians responsible for manufacturing supplies for development and clinical studies. The role independently operates, troubleshoots, and dismantles bench-top, medium, and large-scale equipment; coordinates experimental, clinical, and process qualification and validation activities; leads manufacturing processes and deviation investigations; generates and revises SOPs, production records, and IOQ documents; provides training; and ensures safe, well-maintained work environments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, at least six years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or medical device industry, and the ability to travel, with an AA or AS in Life Sciences or Engineering preferred. Compensation is $32–$55 per hour.
