The Lead Master Planner will lead master planning and urban design for large-scale mixed-use real estate and hospitality developments, including site layouts, transportation, landscaping, zoning, feasibility, design development, stakeholder coordination, and sustainable planning. The role requires 15–18 years of experience as a Master Planner or Urban Designer, a Bachelor of Architecture, and expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, GIS, planning and building codes, and full-cycle project delivery.
