Description
The Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator will mentor and train new material handlers, fill in for supervisors as needed, operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks, lift and carry products, stack pallets, and maintain a safe and clean warehouse workspace. The role requires material handling equipment certification, at least 12 months of related warehouse experience or equivalent training and experience, basic English, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work in seasonal warehouse conditions. The schedule is 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with full-time associates required to work additional overtime as needed. Pay is $26.00 per hour, including a $2.00 per hour shift differential.
