Description
The Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator will mentor and train new material handlers, fill in for supervisors as needed, operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks, lift and carry products, stack pallets, and maintain a safe and clean warehouse. The role requires Material Handling Equipment Operator certification, at least 12 months of related warehouse experience or equivalent training and experience, basic English, safety compliance, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. The schedule includes 3:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m. on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, with full-time associates required to work additional hours as needed. Pay is $22.50 per hour, including a $2.00 per hour shift differential.
