Description
Nike is hiring a Lead Footwear Materials Developer to lead material strategies and development across its Prime, Train, and Recovery training footwear portfolio from concept through commercialization. The role partners with design, product management, engineering, testing, sourcing, manufacturing, and supplier teams; leads material selection, validation, sourcing, innovation, risk mitigation, and commercialization; and mentors teammates. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least six years of directly applicable experience, strong material-development and cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
