Clean Harbors is hiring a Lead Diesel Mechanic in Portland, Maine, to oversee daily shop operations, supervise maintenance work, ensure fleet DOT compliance, maintain service and parts records, and perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. The role requires 5–7 years of diesel engine experience, at least 1 year of DOT inspection experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with electrical, computer, ECM, fuel, air, ABS, hydraulic, and other vehicle systems.
