Lead Mechanic for the OSC SRM Sheet Metal department, working the weekend second shift crew, responsible for scheduling manpower, coordinating maintenance workflow, ensuring compliance with GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and recommending improvements to performance and quality. The role requires an FAA Airframe license, a high school diploma, at least 5 years of structures maintenance and repair experience on commercial category aircraft, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and days off. Work is primarily in a loud construction/maintenance setting and involves physical activity and lifting over 50 pounds.
