Description
The Lead Mechanic - Data Center will lead day-to-day mechanical-systems management in a high-performance data center, coordinating field activities, supervising HVAC and plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting mission-critical equipment, overseeing vendors and emergency responses, and supporting uptime, reliability, and cost-efficiency initiatives. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, specialized mechanical or HVAC training or experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, technical proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding 24/7 environment.
