Comatec is hiring a Lead Mechanical Designer to support process-industry customer projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role combines equipment, machinery, and structure design; solution development; manufacturability; technical guidance of other designers; design quality, schedules, and technical-entity management; documentation and manufacturing-drawing preparation; and customer collaboration. The primary workplace is the Vantaa office or customer premises, with hybrid work possible when projects allow. Candidates need a technical higher education degree, approximately five years of mechanical, machinery, or equipment design experience, process-industry design experience, manufacturing knowledge, CAD and PDM familiarity, and fluent Finnish and English.
