FERCHAU Rosenheim is hiring a Lead Mechanical Development Engineer to independently develop and design complex machines, tools, and subsystems for the international railway construction sector. The role provides technical leadership across the product development process, prepares and approves technical concepts, sizes and analyzes demanding components, improves existing products, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, several years of mechanical development experience, project leadership experience, knowledge of mechanical systems and related disciplines, and strong German and English skills.
