Description
Eichleay is hiring a Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead a portfolio of capital, reliability, maintenance, and operational improvement projects at a live operating refinery in Blaine, Washington. The role oversees mechanical engineering execution, guides project teams, prepares piping and equipment design packages, evaluates bids, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and completes mechanical acceptance and pre-startup safety reviews. The position is onsite Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays, with a standard 5x8 schedule, and offers a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000. Candidates need a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, at least eight years of related experience, and direct refinery, industrial, or petrochemical project experience.
