Description
The Lead Mechanical Engineer will lead the Design Engineering team in specifying and designing mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies, subsystems, and system architecture for renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center products. The role directs and mentors engineers, develops design scope and timelines, performs complex calculations, creates mechanical documentation and 2D/3D models, supports manufacturing, purchasing, costing, prototypes, production, service, and aftermarket needs, and coordinates with suppliers and other engineering disciplines. The position is onsite in Menasha, Wisconsin, requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and 8+ years of experience, and offers 10–25% travel.
