Description
Hudl is hiring a Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design and development of next-generation camera hardware for athlete performance tracking in Den Bosch. The role owns the mechanical architecture from concept through production, sets system-level requirements and standards, collaborates with electrical, firmware, optics, product, and manufacturing teams, and validates performance through testing, prototyping, structural, thermal, ingress protection, and shock-vibration analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, at least eight years of hands-on mechanical or electromechanical design experience, and expertise in CAD, GD&T, tolerance and structural/thermal analysis, manufacturing, and failure analysis. The position is primarily office-based with flexible in-office days and offers a base salary of €75,000–€125,000 plus long-term incentive eligibility.
