Strivector Corp is hiring a Lead, Mechanical Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio for a full-time permanent, on-site position. The role leads and mentors engineering and design teams, supports hiring and workforce planning, drives mechanical design decisions for new and legacy products, and ensures design integrity, performance, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include CAD design, GD&T and tolerance analysis, engineering calculations, design verification, production troubleshooting, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, with CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, FEA, and aerospace or mechanical engineering experience preferred.
