Ramboll is hiring a Lead Mechanical Engineer to expand its industrial and energy business by developing client relationships, winning work, and leading multidisciplinary mechanical engineering projects from concept through execution. The role covers FEED, detailed design, proposal and tender support, project-team management, mentoring, and client engagement, with work locations in Esbjerg, Copenhagen, Vejle, or flexible within Northern Europe. Applicants need a BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience, strong plant and mechanical-systems knowledge, business-development and project-leadership experience, and fluent Danish.
