HulstFlier Installatietechniek is hiring a Lead Mechanical Installer in Elburg to lead mechanical installation projects across maintenance and renovation, commercial buildings, villa construction, and small-scale construction. The role manages installers, schedules, quality, progress, safety, and coordination with project managers and work planners, while also performing hands-on work when needed. Candidates need an MBO-level 3 or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Installation Technology, lead or extensive independent installer experience, VCA VOL certification, a Category B driving license, strong organizational and communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
