Mars Wrigley is hiring a First-Line Maintenance Technician in Slough to lead first-line maintenance of several production machines, diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns, coordinate operators and temporary associates, and support line targets. The role requires at least one year of manufacturing experience managing and coordinating operators, practical mechanical experience, systematic troubleshooting, machinery disassembly and reassembly, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement. It offers 37.5 hours per week on rotating 12-hour shifts, a £41,000–£44,600 salary including shift allowance, and additional benefits.
