Pillar Innovations is seeking a Lead Mechanical Technician for Manufacturing & Installation. This role involves leading custom mechanical projects from start to finish, working with engineers and project managers to build electromechanical equipment, robotics, and custom structures. The technician will split time between the shop and customer sites, performing assembly, troubleshooting, prototyping, and light fabrication. The position requires strong mechanical expertise, leadership skills, and the flexibility to travel and work extended hours. The ideal candidate will mentor others, solve problems efficiently, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced industrial settings.
