Description
The Lead Medical Assistant serves as the clinical and operational subject matter expert for Medical Assistants, partnering with clinicians and nursing leadership to standardize workflows, coach and mentor staff, support clinical initiatives, monitor compliance, and improve quality and patient safety. The role requires at least three years of Medical Assistant experience, a Medical Assistant program diploma from an accredited school, or medical assistant certification, plus Basic Life Support Certification.
