Honor Community Health is hiring a full-time Lead Medical Assistant to report to the Director, Health Center Operations and manage daily clinic operations, patient records, clinical processes, and general office tasks. The role also provides direct and indirect patient care, mentors other medical assistants, and supports a patient-centered healthcare culture. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, current CMA certification, at least one year of clinical leadership experience, healthcare experience, and familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, medical terminology, electronic medical records, and Microsoft Office.
